The house was like stepping back in time, with its cozy charm and historical significance. The owners' love for the property was evident in every detail. Despite being an older building, it had all the necessary amenities and provided a comfortable stay. The host, Maggie, was exceptional, providing detailed instructions and suggestions for exploring the area. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The sofa could have been more comfortable, although I understand the limitations due to the restricted access. Additionally, the upstairs area was quite tiny with steep stairs, which may pose a challenge for taller individuals.

This cozy, charming house is perfectly located to explore the beautiful North Wales region. the owners have lovingly preserved this historic miner's house, providing a unique and homely atmosphere. With comfortable beds and a delightful host, you'll feel right at home. Enjoy the provided games and DVDs, as well as a delicious welcome fruitcake. Plus, the strategic location and excellent communication make it a convenient choice for budget travellers.

The sofa could be comfier, but given the limited access and tiny upstairs, it's understandable.
